Revamping directly by the original manufacturer
Each project is evaluated individually by CURIONI SUN according to the actual condition of the machine and the customer's requirements.

How does the revamping process work?
Preliminary technical inspection
After receiving the basic information about the machine, a CURIONI SUN technician can inspect the equipment in order to evaluate its actual condition and identify the possible interventions required.
The cost of the technician's inspection is borne by the customer. However, if the customer subsequently proceeds with the revamping project, the inspection cost will be deducted from the total revamping price.
Technical evaluation and quotation
Based on the inspection and on the customer's requirements, CURIONI SUN prepares a dedicated technical and commercial proposal describing the recommended revamping work.
The scope of the intervention can be defined according to the condition of the machine, the customer's priorities and the desired level of refurbishment.
Machine shipment to CURIONI SUN
Once the proposal has been accepted, the machine is dismantled and transported to the CURIONI SUN facility in Teramo, Italy, where the agreed revamping work is carried out.
Revamping by CURIONI SUN
The machine is serviced directly by CURIONI SUN technicians.
Depending on the agreed scope of work, the intervention may involve mechanical, electrical, electronic and production-related components.
Return of the machine to the customer
Once the agreed work has been completed, the machine is prepared for shipment and returned to the owner.
The work performed is covered by the warranty conditions specified by CURIONI SUN in the relevant quotation.

Not every machine requires the same intervention. For this reason, CURIONI SUN evaluates each revamping project individually.
Depending on the age and condition of the machine, as well as the customer's requirements and budget, the work may range from selected repairs and component replacement to a much more comprehensive overhaul.
