4. Can I inspect the machines before purchase?

Yes. We encourage on-site inspections. Visits can be arranged by appointment, and we can assist you with the organization.

5. Can the machines be seen in operation before purchase?

Whenever possible, machines can be inspected in operation at their current location. If a machine cannot be seen running, we will inform you in advance.

6. Can you help me arrange the dismantling and remantling of the machines?

Yes. Upon request, we can coordinate dismantling, loading, transportation, and reinstallation through our network of specialized technicians and service partners.

7. How quickly can a machine be delivered?

For second-hand machines, delivery is generally immediate or short-term, depending on availability and project complexity.

For brand-new machines, delivery timing depends on the manufacturer’s production schedule. We provide an estimated timeline as soon as the project details are defined.

8. Are the machines covered by a warranty?

Pre-owned machines are typically sold “as is, where is.”

Brand-new machines are always covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
