Used 2006 NORDMECCANICA SUPER COMBI 3000 – Laminating Machine

Pre-owned NORDMECCANICA SUPER COMBI 3000 , manufactured in 2006, designed for flexible packaging lamination applications using both solventless and solvent-based adhesive systems.

The machine offers a maximum working width of 1,300 mm, a minimum web width of 480 mm and a maximum mechanical speed of 400 m/min, with a typical operating speed of approximately 300 m/min.

The laminator is equipped with two adhesive dosing units, interchangeable transfer units and one coating unit, allowing operation with different adhesive systems.

The configuration includes automatic web tension control, corona treatment, adhesive mixing and pumping systems, and water-based thermoregulation units for roller temperature control.

Machine operation is managed through a Siemens SIMATIC PLC with touchscreen operator interface and Eurotherm Drives 690PLUS inverters.

The laminator is available for inspection and production testing upon appointment.
