Pre-owned EMERALD 825.4 M Synchro-Deck Gearless central impression flexographic printing press, manufactured in 2006, designed for high-quality printing on flexible packaging materials.
The machine features 8 gearless printing units, a maximum material width of 1,250 mm, a maximum printing width of 1,200 mm and a mechanical speed of up to 400 m/min. Printing repeat lengths range from 330 mm to 800 mm. Suitable for printing on a wide range of flexible packaging substrates, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET) films and paper, using solvent-based inks.
The press is equipped with automatic anilox and printing cylinder washing, 8 FAS NACHT automatic viscosity controllers, a drying system with thermal oil heating, and a Ferrarini & Benelli corona treatment unit.
Additional features include a BST Eltromat IPQ View camera inspection system and a Smart Register module, both installed.
The machine comes with an extensive set of printing accessories, including 317 plate mounting sleeves in various sizes, 14 solid roller sleeves and 26 anilox rollers with different specifications. Additional equipment includes 16 ink chambers, 12 ink pumps, 11 doctor blades and 10 ink trays.
