Pre-owned GARANT MATASIM flat and satchel bag making machine from 2021
Automatic Flat & Satchel Paper Bag Making Machine, designed for the production of flat and side-gusseted paper bags with perforated edges and side seams, operating directly from paper reels.
The machine is equipped with unwinder for reels up to 1,300 mm in diameter and 900 mm in width, automatic web tension control, servo-driven perforating and draw units, a tube forming section with interchangeable format plates, and automatic seam pasting and bottom gluing systems.
It features Siemens S7 PLC control, Siemens servo motors, an electronic line shaft and a photocell registration system for processing pre-printed paper reels. The touchscreen operator panel allows easy adjustment of production parameters, while the job memory system can store up to 100 orders for quick changeovers.
The machine produces bags with widths from 60 to 280 mm, cut-off lengths from 105 to 560 mm, and side gussets up to 70 mm (140 mm opened), with a maximum speed of 700 bags/min, depending on bag size and paper quality.
