2013 GARANT MATADOR NG/SERVO 6805G – Automatic Flat & Satchel Paper Bag Making Machine
High-performance servo-driven machine for the production of flat and side-gusseted paper bags with perforated edges, directly from paper rolls.
Equipped with Siemens servo motors and S7 PLC control, automatic registration system for pre-printed paper, Nordson gluing units, and a dedicated sight strip unit for producing paper bags with transparent windows.
Features include servo-driven perforating and feeding systems, electronic bag length adjustment, automatic bottom folding and pasting, touchscreen control with job memory for up to 100 recipes, and automatic bag counting and delivery.
