Pre-owned GARANT MATADOR NP-38/Servo year 2004, flat and satchel paper bag making machine, equipped with servo-driven draw units and a photocell registration system for processing pre-printed paper reels.
The machine features a mono unwinder for reels up to 1,300 mm in diameter, with hydraulic reel lifting, a perforating station, a tube forming section with interchangeable format plates and side gusseting equipment, and a tear-off unit. The servo-driven draw units ensure precise web tension control and allow electronic adjustment of the cut-off length via the operator panel, without the need for changing gears.
The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC, an operator display for production speed and format adjustments, and an oil circulation lubrication system.
The machine is in good working condition, currently in daily production, and available for inspection in operation.
