The line is suitable for the production of AFH / industrial toilet rolls, hand towel rolls, kitchen rolls and other industrial tissue rolls.
The main converting machine is a Fabio Perini 702G, originally manufactured in 1999. It is a start-and-stop, single-roll slitting-rewinding machine equipped with embossing, perforation, ply bonding, longitudinal slitting and tail sealing. The machine can work with both removable and non-removable cores as well as in coreless configuration, using dedicated mandrels and adapters.
The converting section is completed by a MacDue H.100/A semi-automatic shrink-wrapping machine and a MacDue T.100-40 shrink tunnel, manufactured in 2003.

The complete line is currently in production, regularly maintained and in good working condition.
The line is visible in production untill end of March 2027 and will be available for dismantling/delivery from April 2027.
