Description
Pre-owned Fabio Perini 702G semi-automatic slitter rewinder line for AFH and industrial tissue rolls, complete with MacDue semi-automatic packaging equipment.
Tissue converting lines composed by:
- FABIO PERINI 702G slitter rewinder (1999)
- MACDUE packaging line (2003)
The line is suitable for the production of AFH / industrial toilet rolls, hand towel rolls, kitchen rolls and other industrial tissue rolls, with finished roll diameters from approximately 110 up to 600 mm.
The main converting machine is a Fabio Perini 702G, originally manufactured in 1999. It is a start-and-stop, single-roll winding machine equipped with embossing, perforation, ply bonding, longitudinal slitting and tail sealing.
The machine can work with both removable and non-removable cores as well as in coreless configuration, using dedicated mandrels and adapters.
The converting section is completed by a MacDue H.100/A semi-automatic bag sealing and cutting machine and a MacDue T.100-40 shrink tunnel, manufactured in 2003.
The complete line is currently in production, regularly maintained and in good working condition.
The line is visible in production untill end of March 2027 and will be available for dismantling/delivery from April 2027.
