2009 ARVOR Bottom seal bag making machine

ARVOR Bottom Seal Bag Making Machine, fabricated in 2009, designed for the production of a wide range of bottom seal bags, including garbage bags, fruit and vegetable bags, and other types of polyethylene bags. It is capable of processing LDPE, HDPE, and MDPE materials, with a sealing width of up to 1200 mm and a draw length ranging from 150 to 3400 mm. The machine operates with a single lane. The system is PLC-controlled and features an operator interface terminal for easy monitoring, print registration control for precise alignment, and a servo motor-driven sealing bar to ensure consistent sealing quality. The machine comes equipped with a film un-wind system, a photocell for accurate bag length detection, and anti-static bars to prevent static issues. It is in good working condition and can be seen operating in production.
