GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The paper bag making machine CURIONI SUN MASTER 541 is fed by reel and it has been designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags with handles, from the medium up to the biggest formats.

This SUN MASTER 541 is equipped with Twisted handles making unit handles which is in line with the paper bag making machine.

Sun Master 541 is completely realized with GEARLESS TECHNOLOGY that means driven by electronically

controlled by brushless motors.

Most of changeover operations of the Sun Master 541 are fully automatic thanks to the electronic control of motors through a PC. The presence of touch screen digital display allows to choose the type of size you want to produce and the machine sets up automatically for the new paper bag sizes.

Some setting are completely automatic, as: positioning of the handle making unit, handle application, ressure unit rolls, paper tube formation unit, paper bag bottom opening unit.
