The front and back boards are automatically fed from the hopper and accurately positioned by a precise registration system, ensuring perfect alignment with the cover material.

The machine can process either flexible spine material supplied from a roll or rigid spine board fed directly from the board hopper, providing excellent versatility for different case-making applications.

Cover material is continuously hopper-fed without interrupting production. A precision gripper cylinder transfers each sheet to the glue application section, maintaining accurate registration throughout the process.

The glued cover material and boards are combined during a continuous rotary movement, ensuring accurate positioning and smooth, bubble-free bonding.

The assembled cases are then transferred to the folding and pressing section by a balanced reciprocating transport arm equipped with suction heads. This system helps prevent scratching or marking of the cover surface.

During the folding process, the projecting cover material is first folded to approximately 90°, then tightly wrapped around the boards by brush-covered folding bars. Integrated corner-tucking fingers ensure clean, precise and consistent corners.

Finally, the completed cases pass through the pressing section before being automatically counted and stacked. Finished products are delivered in neat piles onto a roller conveyor for easy collection by the operator.
