Description
This GUR IS TY-1050 MT, manufactured in 2020, is a versatile side weld bag making machine for PE films from 20 to 100 microns. It produces a wide range of bags, including patch handle, safety, side weld and bottom seal, bottom gusset, open or closed lip, round bottom, and header seal bags. The machine handles LDPE, HDPE, and recycled materials, with a sealing width up to 1050 mm and a draw length of 80 to 600 mm. With a linear speed of up to 300 m/min, it can produce up to 200 bags per minute.
Equipped with PLC control, operator interface, print registration, and servo-driven sealing, it also features a 1600 mm driven un-winder, gusseters, handle systems, longitudinal and cross sealers, V- and G-fold units, web guide, and anti-static bars. In good working condition, it can be seen in production
