Pre-owned Nordmeccanica SIMPLEX SL Laminating machine - year 2018. Visble in operation and available for sale.
The basic manufacturing process consists of laminating two webs, generally made of different materials.
The two webs are initially contained in large reels mounted on unwinders A and B, and the web resulting from the lamination is then rewound onto a new roll mounted on the rewinder.
Lamination is carried out by pressing the two webs against each other as they pass between two tangential rollers; the bonding is achieved thanks to the adhesive applied to one side of the web coming from coil A.
When using the solventless application technique, the treated web does not need drying, and therefore the oven remains off. The laminated material is free from solvent residues, making the process more environmentally friendly overall
