W&H Tuber model AEK 1140 Flush cut system.

For 3 ply tubes i.e. with 3 roll stands.

Tube width from 300 to 600 mm.

Tubes with gussets.

Tube lengths from from 600 to 1300 mm.

Mechanical speed of max 200 tubes/min. (this tuber has been tested up to 120-150 tubes/min. according to tubes sizes and operator skills). Reconditioned in 2013: mechanically and electrically completely overhauled, sandblasting repainting, replacing of all bearings.

With in-line 4 colors FLEXO..

With format gears: 620, 640, 700, 740, 800, 850, 890, 900, 940, 960, 980, 1000, 1010, 1050, 1080, 1100, 1140, 1150, 1160, 1200mm.

Cliché thickness 2,84 mm.
