ROZAMAC RZMC-4080-SC 4-color stack type flexographic printing machine, manufactured in 2022 but never used / like new.

It is designed for printing on a wide range of flexible materials including HDPE, LDPE, BOPP, PET, PP, paper, non-woven materials and aluminium, with a maximum print width of 800 mm and maximum film width of 900 mm. It can operate in 4+0, 3+1 and 2+2 printing configurations, with a stated maximum printing speed of up to 270 m/min. The printing units are equipped with ceramic anilox rollers and doctor blade system, servo motors, individual ink circulation systems with stainless-steel tanks, inter-color drying and an upper drying tunnel. The machine also features PLC control, edge and tension control systems on both unwinding and rewinding sections, hydraulic reel lifting on the unwinder and a 15" touch screen.

The machine was purchased new but has never been used for regular production; it was only operated for initial testing/commissioning purposes.
