Sheeters from reel to sheet

Flexy Cut is a machine that is ideally suited for cutting very thin and delicate papers thanks to its dedicated collection system.

This sheeter from reel to sheet can work with different materials: Paper (tissue paper, wrapping and packing paper, gift paper, non-woven paper), cardboard, Self-adhesive paper, silicon paper etc. 10-250 g/m², Plastic films in polypropylene, polyethylene, and polystyrene (thickness: 30-200 μm), Aluminium (thickness: 30-200 μm), Coupled materials.

The CSS-Cut Size Sheeters allow cutting sheets in the final size, from one or more reels, without recurring to linear cutters, reducing the cost of the finished product.

CSS is a unique product able to ensure the highest levels of production speed (up to 500 cuts/min.), ideal for serial production.

CSS works well with a wide range of materials: tissue paper, wrapping and gift paper, coupled paper, PE, PET, BOPP etc. (14-60 g/sm)

Multi-Cut sheeter allows cutting a wide range of formats and composing reams up to a minimum of only 5 sheets.  With its versatile and customizable setting for every type of production need, the Multi Cut sheeter ensures very high performance.  t can process different kinds of products such as wrapping paper, gift paper, laminated paper, PE, PET, BOPP in the weight from 30gsm up to 150gsm

The Heavy Cut Line is a sheeter that provide the best cutting quality for thick materials, such as paper, cardboard, silicon paper (up to 1000 g/sm) and rigid PVC (up to 800 μm).

The machine is equipped with a double-blade system for precision cuts and a shaftless management system to optimize reams loading time.
