2012 MACCHI 3-layer co-extruder

The MACCHI 3-layer co-extruder is designed for processing LLDPE, LDPE, LLD, and HDPE with high efficiency and precision. It features 65 mm, 80 mm, and 65 mm extruders with infrared heaters and three plate filters, ensuring consistent film quality. The 3-layer blown film die head (TE5303-IBC-350/500) with dies of 350–400 mm and a die gap of 1.8 mm allows production of up to 800 kg/hour depending on the material. The dual-flow carbon fiber air ring and 2400 mm wide take-off with oscillating nips and motorized side gusseting provide smooth film handling, while the fully automatic double back-to-back winder supports rolls up to 800 mm in diameter and 2350 mm in width. Additional accessories include tower support, web guide, gravimetric weight control, dosing units, automatic thickness control, calibrating basket, corona treater, and eight air shafts.

Built in 2012, the machine is in good working condition and can be inspected in production.
