DESCRIPTION OF THE LINE

Duplex machine, compact size, with a coating width of 1.300 mm, and designed to use interchangeable coating trolleys: this solution allows to perform a wide range of coating and lamination.

The basic composition of the machine is the following:

·        Primary unwinder, shaftless type with motor, for reels with 1.000 mm max

diameter

·        Coating section, interchangeable trolley type, equipped with gravure coating

group and cold-seal in register

·        2 sections drying tunnel with a total length of 6 m, equipped with fans and electric

heaters

·        Secondary unwinder, shaftless type with motor, for reels with 1.000 mm max

diameter

·        Corona treater

·        Lamination group with one chrome plated roller and one rubberized roller

·        Rewinder, shaftless type with motor, for reels with 1.000 mm max diameter
